extra charge disorganized staff

I found the minibar situation ridiculous. They only provided a few water bottles and charged extra. also, the restaurant service left a lot to be desired, my food took forever and the staff was disorganized. it reminded me of they were trying to be fancy but missed the mark.

missing hooks better value

the breakfast was fine with acceptable coffee.

the room lacked hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom. i think these should be standard in hotels at this price point. if you have a car, there are better value options elsewhere.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. I found the gym had useful equipment, including a strength training machine. Breakfast included soy milk, a plus. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.

My room window faced a block of rundown flats, which wasn't ideal.

The breakfast was various, even including gluten-free options I found. Front desk staff offered quick help and kindness. I was charmed by its closeness to the train station. Day trips were easy. My room was large. I settled in immediately.

The area around the structure seemed not so nice at night.
